Yes, plus according to OP it also has 2 bypass valves, 1 on each tailpipe instead of the 1 valve normally...
However, for some reason he has covered up both exhaust pipes with the valves, so idk what the reason is for that 
There IS a Y wiring cable shown to be used for 2 valves, so I have no reason to not believe him |
