All 3 of my tread blocks on the R-S4s show more wear (less height) towards the outside edge. Tbh i would say get the NT01's i run then and i absolutely love them, I had Hankook TD Z221s before than they were great too, however they took way too long to get some heat in them, the Nt01's heat up quickly and deal with the heat very well.
