So my build date was 12/12. My system states every 15k/2yrs. I recently went to the get a yearly service (oil change and brake fluid) but asked them to correct the system to the new interval (10k/1yr). SA said my oil change wasn't due yet but to correct the system would require coding and the charge would be about $160 on top of the oil change.
Does this seem correct? I ended up denying the oil change and will do the job myself but I figured they would just throw in the new code for the updated interval if completed the oil change with them.
