I am not sure the 'official' diagnostic procedure for checking LPFP but you might be able to find it on a google search. The basic way is to check or have someone check to see if they can hear the LPFP when you try to prime or start the car.
Checking the HPFP might be more difficult and dangerous considering the potential pressures involved. I would check for an official procedure.
