Had these on my F31 for a couple of years before I sold the car on recently. Never had MOT issues, nor any other issues.
IMO car needs to be lowered to pull these wheels off, with as much camber as the standard adjustment allows. I used H&r sports(not supersports) which are excellent on sdrive cars, felt like stock comfort to me, better handling and perfect drop.
