BM3 removes that 500nm limit. You can add back "torque by gear" reductions though, it's just the hard limit is removed.

xHP gives you the ability to tailor the actual limiter number. I did xHP before BM3 had that in their mapping and it was awesome! I was finding on BM3 stage 2, I was getting throttle cuts in 1st gear with the 500nm limiter

Just avoid spinning tires in 1st and there isn't really a huge issue. It's the spinning and then tires hooking up that gives you a ton of driveline shock that blows stuff up.
