Most Run Flats can be repaired..

e.g: if you can a nail in one (like a non run flat, as long as it not on the side wall) it can be repaired..

There were a series of Run Flats that came out with "Do Not Repair" written on the sidewalls (Bridgestone).. but I do not know of any that have this for the past 2 years...

I have had one of run flats repaired on the 123d and there has been no issues so far..

Keep the $$$ in your pocket unless you happen to be a shit driver and scrape rims against gutters.
