I believe it's the option that allows you to stream audio. I bought my first f30 without it as the descriptors on the online configurator are beyond useless. Very unhappy when £50k car couldn't do what the missus' £15k car could. As usual, £300 option or £3k to retrofit. If you've got the pro nav then you can probably retrofit/code the option for a lot lot less. I'd search the forums if I were you. Not sure about office but seems like a gimmick to me.
Also, my old car could only attach one phone. New car can attach at least two which is ideal for me.
