Seems like something Lexus or Infiniti would put on one of their sedans.

The optional 19's for the sport line 335i look sportier in comparison.

BMW used to make great looking wheels, especially on "sport" models or special lines. Lately, BMW had failed.
The black painted wheels on the sport line 328i look Pontiac like.
What's up with the wheels designers over there?

I too prefer a square tire size setup. It's great to be able to rotate tires and get longer life and even tire wear.
The 225's all around are probably due to BMW fighting to get the most MPG they can. Thinner tires help that.
Still, at least give the M sport and sport line models 235's all around simply for the cosmetic aspect. The 225's just look so freakin thin on a car this size.
I actually find the 18 inch sportline wheels as the best looking. And I'm also happy that BMW offers them with 225s tires all around (squared set up) for the same reason - it allows rotating them.

But if I'm not mistaken M-sport comes with staggered tires for both the 18s and 19s.
