You have HU_ENTRYNAV2 as it is officially called (NBT Evo comes with 8.8" screen and business navigation, however some people just call anything with tiles like that).
Touch screen won't work (I think someone tried it without success - try searching this thread,
but a regular 8.8" non-touch screen will work (BMW part no. 65506822626).
EDIT: The part.no. I mentioned is for F30/F34/F36, you need to find the part no. that fits F48.
