Sorry, that's not correct.
From the Car Configurator:
520d EfficientDynamics Cd = 0.27
520d, 530d, 535d Cd = 0.28
528i, 535i Cd = 0.29
550i Cd = 0.30
So it
is a Petrol vs Diesel difference. Possibly due to a different and more aerodynamic engine undertray.
