I don't know on the F30, but for the F10 it is:
CIC / HUD_TURNSIGNAL
KOMBI / BLINKER_HUD_ENABLE
The 2nd one adds "Turn indicator" Checkbox in Settings=>Heads-Up Display that must be checked to work.
