I did the install myself and had the same issue I bleed it 15 times myself. I had the dealer bleed it with coding to activate the actuator and get all the air out the system. After this the brake feel how it should
If you bleed your brakes, the DME picks up that it was bled and will release a hissing noise and click a few times once you restart the car and pump the brakes a few times.

Just did them last weekend on the M performance set I've been running at lime rock for a few years and no issues or sponginess.
