Yet many parts from the E90 335i work on the F30 335i and that was a "completely different car" as well.

As realoem still does not list the diff for the G20s, right now it's an unknown.

However, the G20 specs for the 330 still show it using a 2.81 final, just like the F30 LCI.

If I'm not mistaken, believe the G series uses an electronic torque-vectoring LSD, they dubbed a M Sport differential, similar to the M cars now.

So if that's the case, I'm 100% it won't work.


I've seen BMW Group's press release: "the new M Sport differential. Through a targeted locking effect on the rear axle, the electronically controlled system, which is linked to the DSC stability programme, creates the optimum prerequisites for even more dynamic acceleration out of bends."
