Good luck OP. Be sure to post up your progress. Have you decided on tire sizes yet? I'd think a 245/40/18 for the rears would work, but you will have a seriously stretched sidewall.
These are 235/35/19s I ran on the fronts of my 10" wheels for my e92. You'd have more sidewall so the stretch would be even more noticeable.

Tire size I'm still not 100% sure on but I'm planning on installing my coilover kit and rear camber kit first to determine what's the best tire size. But I can't install the full rear camber kit until April do to back order...
