I wouldn't say too harsh but typical Bilsteins. They feel great at highway speeds and normal driving. It is the small bumps and rough road surfaces you feel every bit of. For example if you drive over a quarter, I have heard people say you can tell if it is heads or tails. This seems to be a trait of Bilsteins shock/struts in general whether you have a BMW or a Jeep.

I know my car is unsafe to drive with stock Xdrive springs and height. There is no way I could go back unless I want to de-tune it.
