Its not really designed to be a B road hero to be fair. More of an autobahnstormer Europe crosser.
It's a bit bigger and heavier than a 205 Gti or Clio Cup so yes it will get unsettled on bumpy B roads no doubt. I think it does ok given the weight of the engine. At least in my S drive anyway
