1. Customer support is freaking unbelievable. I got my DME unlocked on a Friday evening in LA, so PTF was already closed by the time my DME was unlocked. I reached out to Dzenan through FB and told him I was going to a car meet/cruise Saturday afternoon and really want to get the Stage 2 map loaded. At the time you had to wait for the map to be provided to you and then do logs so they could dial it in. Now it's all automated and the OTS maps are solid. Anyway, he took time out of his Saturday to get me all squared away. I was truly impressed.
2. Constant upgrades to the software and updates to the maps which are all free of charge
3. Proven record and results. I put down some pretty good numbers with crappy California 91 octane.
4. Like stock drivability
5. Solid tuner base
