BM3 might have a little better OTS maps than MHD as it's had a year head start.
MHD has a brighter future in terms of future features, logic changes etc. It's also fully open allowing backup of real Bin file and editing of real BIN file with whatever software you prefer.
MHD wins for me.

AA includes (4) different tunes of your choosing in the cost which you can get at any time after initial purchase - you don't have to get them all at once...
