From how I understand it boost numbers really don't tell you all that much.

Quick for instance; one major factor is altitude, we had a member in the PWG beta group hitting upwards of 18PSI, why? He lives on top of a mountain. Air is less dense, needs more of it to make same power as you would at sea level. Is he making more power than I am with 13PSI at sea level? Probably not.

There are many other factors but yea that's one of the major ones.

I'm going to keep saying this, timing is very important and often overlooked. I explain a bit in my latest blog post if anyone is interested.
