So, according to shawnsheridan, the latest North America NBT EVO full map update is 2018-4. So my service center just updated my car with a full map database that is 3 cycles old. But of course, I just can't go to them and say that some guy on a forum told me the latest cycle is 2018-4. They will probably push back on that.
