My first aid kit is similar to yours, but I would also make sure to have the following:
Neosporin
Tons of gauze
A bottle of alcohol (some stuff will require more than just some alcohol wipes)
Thermal blankets
As for anything else, it varies by season and how far I'm traveling.

I'm not a fan of Neosporin and I typically avoid petroleum products. Water soluble products such as Aquaphor or Surgilube would be better options.
Also I don't think a bottle of alcohol is good idea, both for flushing a wound or for storing in the truck of a car. I included the Emergency Water Packets for flushing a wound and Providine swabs for cleaning. It should also be clarified that a swab is not the same as a wipe. A swab will carry and transfer more fluid than a wipe, not to mention keep your potentially contaminated hands out of an open wound.
I included Emergency Blankets already, but will clarify that list item.
Don't know how I missed Gauze.
Added Gauze.
Added Aquaphor
Added Surgilube
