You add it afterwards two recommended suppliers (Everest and Rubber b) they cost £200 ish and use the Rolex deployment clasp.
Yep the IWC is the one my heart wants, that particular da vinci model has been discontinued but I've found one in a Luxembourg dealer.
Head says Rolex though.
