I bought this wheel used off of ebay from a seemingly reputable seller. I have tried both the used module that came with the wheel which was part #:61317848638 and after that did not work I tried a brand new one that I looked up on realoem, part# 61317849393. Neither of them allowed the heating function to work. I did not try to do any coding as I wouldn't even know where to begin and wasn't aware there was any needed.

I have also tried going to a bmw dealership to get a diagnostic done or to be told what the problem is and they were absolutely useless in helping. They tried to tell me I needed a new wheel. Not a module. An entirely new wheel. Seriously. I then had my local mastermechanic look at it as well but he's not a bmw specialist so he could only help so much. It's starting to get pretty frustrating.
