Has been discussed around here before. (If someone finds the link, please post it).
Bottomline:
- Design is as is, as the same plastic molding is used both for LH and RH vehicles (reversed wipers)
- No drain holes is a weird design decision, but a fact
- Some users have drilled holes in there with no negative effect observed.
I am inclined to do the latter, but would like to know what is underneath and whether the water has a safe path out...?
