I think stock rates are 160lbs front and 486lbs rear, and I would like to find 10-20% stiffer springs. It seems very hard to find actual numbers especially for msport springs.
From what I can gather scouring the forum, msport springs are a somewhat higher rate than normal springs for non-xdrive F30/F32 cars. However, there seems to be very little info if the same is true for xdrive cars. Anyone know?

I could be wrong but I do believe the M sport suspension is not compatible with xDrive models
