Yeah, I didn't think it was up to par when looking at it either but I wasn't sure since I haven't found too many pictures of their insides.

I'd make contact and question whether it was a "Used" return...shouldn't be pitting around the bungs like that. Not to mention the inner flange looks like it's been previously installed/twisted onto a throttle body.
