I hate to think it would happen but it’s almost like this was done on purpose after the bad publicity for another brand also sold by a forum sponsor. As if they wanted to stop people recommending ER brand and distract attention from the issues of the other brand.

Nope, said it was brand new and that all ER was made brand new to order. I believe it was shipped from ER but I honestly don't know.
