Again I share your pain. I noticed exactly that happening.
My car was ordered in June and it got put back 3 times, my dealer Manager took this on board and spoke with BMW uk ordering.
He guaranteed no more delays and a specific build week and delivery. The same day the car went to 1200.
It arrived in Immingham last week and they were spot on.
Genius is sometimes hopeless.
One stage is date change and Genius says " there is obviously a production problem with your car" this is complete fiction.
Stick at it, it will update and it will get built.
