Spoke to the Sales Manager of the supplying dealer. A manager from BMWCS is going to call him on Monday to discuss my car. I've told him that I want to reject the car and they can take it away if they cannot fix these two problems.
It's a red and blue lemon. The way I feel at the moment is I don't want the shoddy thing anymore.
