Ezcustoms, you are eligible for the 1-year trial. However, you must actually have the activation from either BMW or Bimmertech in order to use it. Activating SatRadio is an option, so by contacting your local dealership (or more cheaply, Bimmertech), you can unlock the option for the free year.
So you will have to pay for the SatRadio option to be "unlocked" to claim and use that free year and to pay for it in the future.
