Agree if there is pull or drift, that tires need checking out. Sometimes a simple 'side to side' change will identify a tire wear issue causing a pull.
We need to eliminate any pull issue, (whatever the cause) or camber sensitivity, before making a stand alone steering wheel 'center' adjustment.
