Is it possible your AC condensate drain line is plugged?
The cheapest way to dry out the inside of the car is buy a 10 lbs bag of silica crystal cat litter. Put it in some plastic containers with vent holes and leave them all over your car.
FWIW if you drop your cell phone in the toilet, the silica crystals will dry your phone out much better than uncooked rice.
