New you're fine. I bought CPO from them.
I would be less bothered but I was flying in to get it. I asked ahead of time about the prep and was told "sir, this is a BMW center of excellence". I get there, walk up to the car and say, the taillight is cracked and the moulding on the rear door is not attached all the way around.
I swear they did nothing but wash the car when they took it in. My local dealer had to fix all the little things MB missed.
