Maybe you have the answer to another question.
when i want to update my idrive software(provided by bmw) i get the answer from my īdrive":software not compatible!
Normaly when i press: "show actual version" in the software update menu of my idrive i should see my vin number.
But there is no vin number there and i think that is the reason for the noncompatibility.
could you shed a light?
