Funnily enough I am in the process of switching from Grand Touring All Seasons to Michelin A/3 3+. Arriving at Costco later this week.

Stock rim diameter is 26 inches. 225/45/19 would be 3.4% taller at 27 inches which is a bit too tall. (rubbing possible, speedo would read higher)

Most people say ideal for 19 would be stock sizes or 235/40/19 and 265/35/19 which is only slightly taller than OEM. (26.4) Maybe try to find a grand touring all season in one of those size?

Are you open to tires other than Michelin? For example Vredestein Quatrac Pro or Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrac are both very quiet and well rounded tires. https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests...y.jsp?ttid=244

BTW, according to Tire Rack the Primacy comes in 225/40/19 and 255/40/19 so you could just go with the stock sizes. You will have more options if you do 19x8.5 all around for a square setup.
