ptf recommends getting the NGK 97506 and gapping them at .018 I had the same issue as you when I had oem plugs. they were misfiring. the oem plugs had 70k on them. when I switched them out they were covered in carbon. the oem gap on the plugs is to wide. when your forcing increased boost into the engine it is whiping out the spark. if you notice I bet it's around 3k rpm right where your power band is beginning to kick in at its highest boost point. I sent my logs to ptf and posted them on here. I got my er chargepipe and ngk spark plugs done the same day. no more stutter. also grap an afe pro dry s drop in filter.
another side note is if you are in sport plus mode the traction control is still on, if you hit a slight bump it can cause hesitation. hold down the DSC button above where you change from comfort to sport for 5 seconds to turn DSC OFF. traction control will then be off. do some logs in dsc off mode. good luck man this issue was a headache but I'm sure it's your spark plugs.
