When you push the pedal all the way down to 100% the DME is request 100% throttle angle (assuming not throttle closures for overboost or anything). Same thing at WOT in sport+ mode. There's differences in the transient response between the two modes (from WGDC mapping, etc), but that shouldnt affect peak #s in a WOT dyno pull in a single gear.
