I'm assuming your dealer does a road force balance? I had an issue with vibration in steering wheel after getting new wheels but the shop only did a dynamic balance. Brought to BMW and it was good after a road force balance... I'm assuming all BMW dealerships use a road force balance machine but who knows may be worth asking to be sure
