Hello All- Looking at becoming a first time BMW owner after owning 10 different WRX/STI's since 2003

Any red flags or things that should stop me from seeing and potentially buying this car tomorrow?
I have not seen it in person yet but have an appointment tomorrow. Miles are super low so it appears to have been sitting for a while. 2 Oil changes so far. I think the options are good but I am far from an expert- Msport, Nav, Moonroof, Coral Red, etc.
I will be commuting 20k miles/year but want something nicer than my current daily- Prius Prime. I don't pay for fuel so MPG doesn't matter.
