I just emailed Max at Elebest (that Singapore site you mentioned) and he quoted me $1500 for the whole rearview camera kit. I asked him if he sold just the retrofit cable by itself, and he didn't respond, so i assume no.
At this point, its more economical to get the kit for $1200 at BimmerTech.
@roxxor, where did you pick up your retrofit cable from? I was able to find suppliers for all the other parts you mentioned in your parts list, but this elusive cable is the only thing that i can't find a supplier for. I have a 328i F30, but at this point, mounting the camera module in the trunk area is not the worst situation. It seems like that actually would be a good area for it.
