When i was considering putting a new engine in, eBay had several available and you can look at seller’s reputation. 2016 might be more expensive and all you’ll get it same thing with updated timing chain and i’m not sure if you’ll run in into any compatibility issues as there may be minor changes. Me being European living in US, i shipped all the parts from Europe for half the cost what it is here in US. Same brands. All the parts cost me around $1200 but i went as far as replacing cylinder rings, rod bearings etc. i only had 1 bent valve and did it myself in my driveway.
