There's 2 groups on Facebook that would be able to help out with the coil over alignment,
B*mmerboost(add the "I" in there, the forum won't let me post the actual name.) and EUROTIC of Houston, I think there is a guy on the Eurotic group that has his own shop that can set you up. Also, look into Motorwerks and EVS, I've used both of them for work on my car, and they both did excellent for me.
