I ended up driving to the dealer and have them install the rear seat back in. It was performed by mainly 1 person. He used the seat belt to buckle the seat belt through the rear car seat and used a lot of shoving to make the buckle pop up. It was done in about 5 minutes. I'm just glad the rear seat is back where it should be.
PS. There is no wiring or fuses under the rear seat
