We previously spotted the production 4 Series Coupe (F32)
baring it all during a commercial shoot, but this newest sighting gives us the clearest look yet at the prototype F32 still in testing.
Previously reveal 4 Series Lines, Options and Packages [
see dealer's demo order guide] show that the F32 will come in Luxury Line, Sport Line, and M Sport [see
previous M Sport spy pics].
Sport Line
The Glacier Silver 435i prototype is a Sport Line model with a sportier front bumper, black high-gloss elements (bumper accents, air intakes, kidney bars, B-pillar trims, and exhaust tips). It's equipped with these optional upgrades: 19" style 407 wheels with mixed performance tires, M Sport Brakes, and LED headlights with squared off corona rings.
Per the order guide referenced above, the Sport Line also gets standard sports seats, M sport suspension, anthracite headliner, chrome rings around A/C and radio controls, and sport instrument cluster.
Luxury Line
The black F32 pictured below appears to be a Luxury Line model, equipped with 18" style 416 wheels. Luxury Line models receive chrome design elements (bumper accents [not shown], kidney bars, exhaust pipe finishers, high gloss B pillar, signature key, and chrome rings around center stack, A/C and radio controls.
Models / Schedule
The US will get the 428i and 435i coupes, in RWD and xDrive versions. The European model lineup can be seen in this previous post showing
VIN model lookup results. The 2014 435i coupe will be powered by the same N55 engine as the current F30 335i sedan (with the same power output) and the 428i is likewise powered by the same N20 engine as the current F30 328i sedan.
