Some guy on the radio (from the industry) was saying that most pilots (in his opinion) used it as at 'stepping stone' job, until they have 1500 hrs flying and then move on. If that's true they obviously have retention issues caused by the wrong type of culture. I'm not keen on O leary and wouldn't just choose to fly with them because they are cheap.
