Incorrect - first spend inordinate time greasing and blueprinting those rollers. Then you need to master enough patience to lift it about a foot per minute. Probably won't work if they sleep right above it, but for us this was sufficient.
Second tip is right on - also helps to know how to pull the fuse for the brake lights until you get clear.
