I just wanted to clarify for OP because you said "There's always a marking on them to dictate which carrier/rotor it uses." these say "370/380" on the back but that doesn't mean we can use a 380mm rotor as that's only if these are mounted on an M car. I understand the difference.
So all in all, OP should get 370mm rotors.
