Personally, i dont like wrap or blankets, Ceramic coating done right is the right way to go on turbos.

My main issue with turbo blankets is should you have a oil seal fail on the turbo trying to put out the fire on a oil soaked blanket is much much harder. I guess with drip trays you still have an area for the oil to collect but yeh where you might spot the oil running down the turbo/exhaust and see/smell the oil leak and catch it before it lights, with wrapping a turbo you allow the oil to collect, saturate and then light.... go's up much much quicker and you dont stop the fueling of the fire by shutting off the car as the oil is already there to burn!
