They do?! That's so odd. I was told that they didn't because they didn't want you blinding traffic while stopped to turn left. I'm going to pay closer attention to mine when I'm driving at night next. |
They don't swivel left if you are stopped. If the car is moving, it will swivel left as well. I don't know what the speed threshold is, but I was inching along in a parking lot and turned left and saw the light swivel left.
